如題
昨天晚上在健身房遇到兩位巨巨在爭論所以有了些好奇:
A:我肌肉量高,減脂一陣子就可以很乾了,不像你增肌增得要死要活,體脂低有什麼用?
高肉量才是我要的。(小弟目測該A巨巨有180/100左右,全身包了一層薄薄的脂肪,肚子
看起來像沒什麼垂下來的肥宅肉)
B:體脂低線條好看,走過的路人只會先看我這種不是你那種很大隻的(看得出來B的線條
鮮明,但對我來說就是個有健身的瘦子而已)
當下我很納悶,撇開顏值來說,雖然路人會覺得B的身材比較好,但對肌肉沙灘的巨巨們
而言,你們在健身房會比較注意哪一種體態?
