訓練高背槓、測最大重量低背槓 - 健身

請教版上各位蹲舉300、臀推280的大大跟水水們
小弟執行低背槓蹲舉一段時間,也確實蹲得比高背槓重,但是只要重量來到85%以上次數一多手肘會開始不太舒服,那如果平時訓練80~85%的訓練以高背槓為主,等到要做1RM或測PR時再用低背下去蹲,這樣是有效率的嗎?還是?
