小弟因為報名清潔隊考試
開始自主訓練
26號有扛20公斤沙包折返跑,練個三次就沒力了,
27號因為下雨只好抱著沙包深蹲20下
今天要練跑步時,發現大腿內側及鼠蹊部有痠痛情形,
完全沒辦法發揮到最佳狀態,速度比26號慢了兩秒,
現在的我發常緊張怕影響到下禮拜的考試...
請問各位大大有沒有快速消除痠痛的方法?
這期間我該繼續訓練嗎?還是該好好休息到考試那天?
順帶一問有什麼訓練可以幫助到短跑?
