有一說法:
一直持續鍛鍊,肌肉量越多到一個程度之後,
身體負擔持續增加,由於大量耗能,平常要養這些肌肉,
要吃更多食物,提供養分,而卡路里攝入越多,
(熱量攝取是老化與壽命的指標因素之一)
老化就會越快,臉就會比同年齡者顯得老。
似乎看很多從年輕就開始大量訓練的運動員,真的比較顯老。
