因為知道很多人會利用這種方式鍛鍊腹肌核心力量

不過這陣子做起來要抬腿的時候身體會晃動很大 整個不穩

而如果這種抬腿方式就比較好一點
想請問版上巨巨
如果做不太起來或是身體還不夠穩定的話除了核心之外還有可能是哪裡的力量出問題
也有用雙槓做過 一樣是身體很不穩 晃動很大
