肚子減不太下來 - 健身

目前是一周約上5到6天一次45分鐘的飛輪課,在上課前會去做胸跟背的重力訓練
飲食方面也有克制,原則上吃兩餐,第三餐會改用以不影響身體低熱量的食品取代
現在情況是胸跟手都有明顯的肌肉成長,腿也細了不少
只是肚子仍然肥油一圈,是否是因為體質關係所以最後一定瘦的是肚子?
