胃口已經被撐大 要怎麼樣調適 - 健身

之前學生時代是體育校隊,食量很大,
但是因為運動量大,所以沒太大影響,
工作後是坐辦公室,運動量沒以前大,
不曉得是不是因為胃口被撐大,
所以下意識會吃太多,減少量又很容易餓,
實在不知道該怎麼做,胃口如果被撐大了,
要怎麼調適會比較好呢
--
