小弟一直都是用健身、飲食管理的方式減肥
雖然瘦的速度很慢
但努力一點也能每個月瘦3-4公斤
所以偶爾在版上看到有人問減重手術的時候
實在不太懂,為什麼第一時間是選擇依賴醫學
而不是去嘗試調整運動或飲食習慣
後來閒閒沒事就去搜了一下相關資料
發現胃繞道手術聲稱一個月可以爆瘦10公斤
也能改善糖尿病那些跟肥胖有關的併發症
但他副作用也很多
像是胃食道逆流啊,吃東西會有想吐冒冷汗的現象等等的
而且還不能正常喝飲料,復胖的機率會變高
這樣看下來,感覺做手術的意義不大……
除非是身體本身有狀況需要靠醫療來減肥
不然還是花點心思運動、飲控是最好的吧
不知道各位對減重手術怎麼看?
