小弟目前正努力增肌減脂,很想成為一名巨巨
但是長期習慣駝背,以及過去都只會亂練胸推
導致後背無力,也因此一天到晚被蔬菜的教練推銷
想詢問板上的大大們,有什麼方法可以增加背部肌肉
並且解決推胸斜方肌代償的問題
背部無力一開始有什麼方式可以感受習慣用背部正確的肌肉發力
懇請大大們解惑 感謝
