胖了好久了...想找回自信! - 減肥

基本資料
性別:男
年齡:22
身高:182
體重:124 (今天晚上量的數據)
BMI:37.435
體脂率:36
參考照片:不想殺了大家眼睛.......
三餐內容
早餐:7-11 一杯低糖高纖豆漿 + 小籠湯包7顆 或是煎餃6粒
午餐:外食居多 但是避開油炸類及高糖份食物
晚餐:外食居多 一樣避開油炸類和高糖分食物 大部分是一碗乾麵或是一晚肉絲蛋炒飯
其他:水一天大約1500-2500 C.C 糖分飲料不碰 (除了早餐的低糖豆漿...)
日常作息時間:約晚上12-1點左右睡覺 早上8-9點起床
生活型態:打工族 (胖到免役ˊˋ)
運動習慣:每個禮拜1.4固定游泳1.5H 其他時間沒上班就去操場慢跑(註)
我的問題:
其實這個三餐+運動(慢跑除外)已經持續了一個月左右,
體重由原本的127變成現在的124 體脂肪從原本的42 變成36
(兩次量的時間一次7/8 一次7/29)
但是從7/29到現在體重反而變成124-125在跳 一點也沒有往下降的跡象 囧">
是我哪邊出了問題嗎...!?
(註) 關於慢跑... 這兩天才開始慢跑 可是我發現我跑個1.5圈 約300M
我的腳就非常的痠痛... 所以只能開始用走的方式繼續運動。
我想起之前體檢的時候 醫生對我說 我不能從事任何激烈運動,
因為我的膝蓋負擔比一般人重很多 .. 舉凡跑步 籃球 網球 這種運動都被禁止...
但是除了游泳和慢跑之外 說真的我也不知道該怎樣增強我的運動量= ="
在之前沒有爬文以前,曾經要去參加高雄某醫院推行的減重班。
四個月32堂課16500 上課內容就是帶你做運動 ..和吃餐包(?)
最後我決定放棄這堂課 一方面不想要家人花這筆錢..
一方面覺得運動還要人家帶領自己才肯運動 那根本就別說要減肥了!!!!
現在雖然自己一個人在高雄運動很無聊 .. 但是想到減重之後的帥氣身材
也只能強迫自己衝了!〒△〒
第一次在這裡發文 不知道會不會被罵臭頭 囧"
