常看很多人,說自己是練健康、練健力的,

結果體脂20幾30幾,

這樣到底是哪裡在健康?哪裡在健力?


館長這麼大隻,

FB上「減脂前」的的Inbody數據,

也才只有15.2%好嗎?

人家這個才叫練健康、練健力的。


所以各位胖子,真的不要自欺欺人了,

除非你是職業相撲選手,

否則一個有運動習慣的男人,

體脂至少要在20%以下好嗎?


就算你年紀很大,自我要求標準很低,

那頂多就是25%,不能再高了,

超過這個標準以後,真的好好做飲食控制吧,

不要再用我練健力的安慰自己。


還有量完體脂以後,

也不要在那邊逃避現實,

到處問人家或查資料:

有沒有進食、有沒有運動、有沒有喝水.....

體脂會不會量不準?


啊你不會去照鏡子喔?

鏡子裡面看起來肥,你就是肥啦!!!

看到有個啤酒肚或游泳圈,

多半就是破25%不及格了~~~
