胸肌明顯大小不一 - 健身

各位巨巨好,小魯弟健身邁入第三年,斷斷續續的練,對自己的胸肌一直不是很滿意,右
邊
很明顯比左邊小一圈,而也有爬過文,說用啞鈴、練單邊,等等都試過了,而奇怪的是,
以前開始練胸肌就是用啞鈴做bench press,但不知道為什麼練到現在會兩邊有落差。
前幾個月也開始試著用啞鈴練單邊,但練一練卻感覺都是變成肩膀在幫忙推而練左邊的時
候就很明顯感受到左胸,讓小魯弟非常挫折,不知道有沒有人有一樣的困擾,有什麼解決
的
練法嗎?
補充一下,我是打排球的,右肩膀肌腱有發炎

胸肌旁邊那條溝很明顯差很多
不知道這個溝到底是怎麼練出來的?
