個人是聽從教官的意見,用最自然的方式去鍛鍊
伏地挺身每天早晚做,但不過量
基本從20下開始,然後一天加一下
但我從高一加到現在大學畢業了,還是只能作八十下
我一直安慰我自己是因為身體太重,不是手沒力XD
其實是懶得做那麼多下啦...
高中受了同學的刺激,他說他從一個小胖子,每天狂做伏地挺身
做到變成萬人迷的身材,所以我從高中也就開始狂練
現在我也可以像強森一樣,用胸肌跟人打招呼唷>///<
想知道有沒有跟我一樣的自戀狂+胸肌也會跳的
簽個名做個朋友吧~
