胸肌的訓練.. - 健身

小弟目前胸肌的訓練動作是先平躺飛鳥7set 大概都10rm以內
然後接平躺握推 8set 大約都8rm以內, 最後是雙槓做7set 6rm內..
組間休息大約都一分鐘,因為我是在家用啞鈴和桌子(雙槓)在練.
這樣的訓練強度都可以讓我隔天胸部有悶痛感,按下去會痠痛..
我想請教的是還能怎麼改進可以讓我的刺激感更大,更加重胸肌的痠痛,
還是這樣已經夠了,這種事急不得的?只要保有訓練後的痠痛感就可以了?
