請問自己在家做FLIES & PRESS 用短槓+槓片
原本是一支20p共40p 12下一組..每兩天各做3組 做一天休一天
做了3週..感覺是有變結實..有一點線條
似乎有習慣 沒有一開始會感覺酸或舉的吃力..比較輕鬆
如果接下來想要練大 明顯線條..應該要怎樣曾加磅數和組數..
我的槓片1支最高可以加到50p..兩支100p
