胸部cup不一樣大如何練胸部呢 - 健身

(不知道標題這樣下精不精確)
原po女 BMI約23.5
目前用運動+飲食控制想減掉一些體重 讓BMI維持在21左右
每周慢跑3-4天 一次約30-40分鐘(視當天狀況 都有3公里以上)
也有做一些輕量的訓練 (主要是腹部 因為上腹頗凸)
胸部的部分主要是用啞鈴做集中的動作
(用之前瑜珈老師教的方法+參考青花魚教練的書)
我的問題是 因為胸部兩邊不一樣大 (大約差半個cup)
有沒有什麼動作可以讓兩邊均衡一點呢
比如說哪一邊應該做比較多訓練或特別的動作、睡覺應睡哪一邊等等
之前有搜尋過一些文章 不過資訊有些彼此衝突
所以想在版上詢問一下
