能夠透過健身的方式矯正脊椎嗎? - 健身

我有脊椎側彎,本來沒有太在意,因為醫生說角度不是很大,加上沒有因此產生不適
的症狀,所以,醫生只建議我多游泳,發展背部肌肉,減輕脊椎的負擔。那時候問過
醫生為什麼會有脊椎側彎,他只說可能是背包習慣背單邊,所以某一側的肌肉比較發
達,脊椎產生旋轉跟彎曲,他建議我背包要換邊背。
幾年前我開始有下背痛的問題(真的很痛,有時候要吃止痛藥才能睡覺),復健(電療加超
音波)以後,開始游泳,疼痛的問題減緩,但是還是容易肌肉僵硬跟痠痛,背也挺不太
起來。本來一直以為是背部的肌肉力量不夠,但前一陣子開始做鄭多燕(D1、2、4),腹
部肌肉比較有力以後發現肌肉僵硬舒緩了很多,也不太駝背了,發覺核心跟身體各肌群
的力量真的很重要。所以,後來決定開始做核心訓練跟健身,但最近照鏡子的時候,發覺
身體有點傾斜,而且,久站以後,腰跟右邊臀部上方連結的地方有塊骨頭會覺得很壓
迫,周圍肌肉特別痠痛(醫生也說我右邊臀部的大腿後方的肌肉特別緊)

照片沒有拍得很清楚,照鏡子的時候比較看得出來,不過看褲子就比較明顯,左邊(圖片
的右邊)比較高一點(應該不是因為我褲子沒穿好吧!)
想到以前醫生說單邊肌肉比較發達可能會造成脊椎的旋轉歪斜,如果是這樣有辦法藉著
比較特殊的訓練讓兩邊肌肉比較平衡嗎? 比如特別訓練右邊的肌群(因為我是向右傾)
還是其實一般的訓練持續做也有平衡的效果?
目前上身做的訓練有滑輪下拉、法式彎舉、啞鈴單臂划船、划船機(椅子會動的那種)
重量最重10的話,我大概調6,拉1000-1500M、還有兩個不知名的坐姿器材,一個手臂往
前推、一個往上舉。重量跟組數大概是8-12rm、5-6組,或者4-5rm做2、3組(看時間有
多少,再決定怎麼做)
沒有去健身房或出門運動的話,會在家裡做核心訓練,大概30-45min吧,因為覺得腹部
特別無力,所以主要是做腹部的訓練,抬腿、腿畫圓、crunch....,再加一些訓練背部
跟骨盆底肌的動作。
之前有考慮過啞鈴划船跟法式彎舉右邊多做一組,但還沒有實行過,怕反而弄巧成拙,
學校健身房也沒有教練或導員可以請教,所以想問一下對運動動生理學比較了解的人,
有沒有可能透過肌肉的訓練調整脊椎?
