脂肪消耗需要碳水化合物的問題 - 健身

小弟我的主要目標是減脂,次要的是想要增進肌肉XD
看了前面有關於有氧運動的討論,裡面F大有提到脂肪需要伴隨碳水化合物才能完全燃
燒,想請問假如一個人三餐都有吃到澱粉類的碳水化合物,那它進行有氧運動前,還需
另行補充碳水化合物嗎?舉例我每日三餐都有吃到碳水化合物(包含早兩片土司、午晚的
各半碗白飯或糙米飯),那我下午去有氧前,是否還需要吃點碳水化合物??
如果需要,大概是有氧進行"前"或"後"多久補充?而份量應該要補充多少?
碳水化合物這種東西真是讓人又恨又愛,吃多是造成脂肪囤積的主要原因,但又要吃夠
來消耗身體的脂肪,你搞得我好亂啊 XD

另外,大家討論的有氧會多少消耗到肌肉的問題,有些說法是強度要大,時間要久(超過
90分鐘?),但也看到F大說如果有氧前進行了重訓,就容易衝過臨界點而需要消耗肌肉來
提供能量。
這點很像我的狀況:
小弟我因為時間關係無法將重訓及有氧分開做,一周有3到4天必須先做重訓,之後再固定
跑40分鐘左右的有氧。那我可以做些什麼來"盡量"避免F大所說的因有氧消耗到的肌肉呢,
我看到F大說的整個心都涼了...
