對於脊椎側彎的了解在過去十年之內有很多的演進
當年我還在唸書時 對於側彎的概念還是治不好
如果不是結構變形造成的側彎
就診時他卻跟你說沒得治療
表示這個人已經很久沒更新他的知識可以換一家了XD

由於解剖學上構造的關係
側彎與旋轉反向的耦合動作只發生在腰椎
頸椎的側彎與旋轉是同向的動作
胸椎則會因情況而兩者都可能產生

所以在指導運動時
如果只有腰椎側彎相對於有胸椎也有側彎的個案比起來容易許多
那透過前面幾篇大家可以知道至針對側彎的治療重點其實是旋轉
對於像小黑醫師這樣只有腰椎部分的處理
我們需要強化下列跟旋轉相關的肌群
就可以有效改善側彎的問題
核心肌群: 腹內斜肌 多裂肌
其他肌群: 腹外斜肌 腰大肌 腰方肌 闊背肌
如果加上胸椎側彎的情況因為還牽涉到肋骨
處理起來就更複雜了
