大家好想請問一個問題
目前我用手機下載一個軟體
就是跟著他做一個小時
這一個小時就是仰臥起坐/伏地挺身變化
我目前每天腹部都不會明顯感覺痛
但是手臂明顯就會痛
會累累的、疲勞
所以想請問
1、如果隔天不會痛,是否可以繼續做?
2、是否有天天練,反而效果不好的情況?
那是為什麼呢?是因為每天練,
一直破壞,所以肌肉就無法成長嗎?
因為練了之後
如果那天沒有練,會有罪惡感
就會硬增加時間來做伏地挺身
所以想知道是否休息
是真的可以幫助肌肉增大
每天練只會事半功倍?
