脖子超硬 - 健身

我是這兩個月才開始固定運動,不論跑步、上有氧課、bodycombat,運動中會感覺全身都放鬆但脖子會痠讓我一直想低頭揮拳,老師都不斷提醒我要看前面.
我平時就是肩頸僵硬的人,頭部繞圈伸展都可以聽到筋骨的聲音,去按摩也是脖子最痛。
請問有什麼方法可以改善嗎?
