腹肌受傷後該怎麼維持 - 健身

上上週五在做leg press的時候,由於憋氣又收緊腿的關係,就聽到右側腹部「啪」一聲,就感覺不妙,趕快下機器後就不敢再練。
第二天去看骨科,拍了X光醫生說骨頭沒事,應該是憋氣加上大腿擠壓造成腹腔壓力過大而肌肉拉傷
開了藥又去複健,已經過了一週多了是有比較好一點,不過某些動作還是會痛。
目前狀態是不能做 推 舉 的動作 跑步也會痛
朋友說是因為傷到核心肌群的關係所以做什麼都會牽扯到這邊的肌肉。
不過我發現只要做下半部的運動比如股四頭肌 股二頭肌 跟輕重量的深蹲 ,受傷的地方都不會痛。
請問有經驗的巨巨,我應該持續做腿部訓練還是都先休息,等完全好了再回健身房呢?
