腹肌的疑問 - 健身

我是女生想要重訓
但看著健身房的機器卻都不會用
於是想先從簡單的開始
我大概停了一年沒做仰臥起坐
但以前做得量也不是要有腹肌
很懷念我的腹肌 (遠目)
以前練跆拳時有四塊
因為愛笑+有陣子腳受傷不能練 教練叫我每天做2000個仰臥起坐 -_-
看了精華區的三個月有腹肌 (我把我看不懂的地方貼在下面喔)
cde我沒問題
我看不懂a.
所謂下背會有小空隙得下背 是說 腰那邊嗎?
因為那是我唯一會有空隙的地方
還有請問b的地方阿
那另一隻手呢?
可以就放在胸前支撐嗎?
另外前手臂可以撐著頭嗎?
再來還有一個練腹肌的三十個要點
第三十個我覺得很奇怪耶 他說什麼熱漲冷縮 所以要多喝冷得?
這太怪了吧....

A-平躺提臀 20-30 rep/set rest:30sec
姿勢:平躺,手可放置頭後或是兩側,彎膝蓋,雙腳不離地.下背應該會有小空隙.
做法:用力擠腹肌-每縮一次,停5秒,再放鬆.(回到小空隙)
擠的時候您的下背這時應該會碰地
B-鞏橋 10 rep/set rest:30sec
姿勢:側躺,腿打直,腿疊在另一個上面(不能的話就雙腳放在地上)
前手臂支撐軀體(彎90度),手肘位於肩膀下面,碰地.
有點像"靠"著的感覺
做法:把臀部往上提(越高越好),停5秒,回初姿
盡量不要晃動
換邊做
