雖然不是大胖子
但因為工作上的需求
身材需要再進步
腹部練腹肌還好
但是側邊以及背後的肥肉
一直找不到一個有效的方法且可以在家中就自我執行的
還有肩膀的三角肌
到底要做甚麼樣的運動會有非常漂亮的線條呢?
平舉啞鈴反而練到我的斜方肌呢!
