腿好難練,求鞭 - 健身

大家好
今年3月開始一週3天跑健身房,之前都只有游泳和做瑜珈。
因為想日後開始爬高山,所以開始加強腳的訓練,1週1次,每次都會酸痛3-4天以上。。。
腳的菜單
腳踏車5分熱身
負重深蹲4組每組12下,目前最高可拿到啞鈴15kg
羅馬尼亞4組10下,最高可以雙手拿2.5kg
單腳訓練(看拿啞鈴還是壺鈴)
內或外肌機械訓練4組每組都做到力竭
腳踏車7分。
1天練背,1天練胸。
因為工作的關係,3天已經是很緊,特別抽空出來,沒辦法再多1天了。。。
請問大家目前腳的訓練夠嗎?還可以再加什麼嗎?還是其實胸的訓練可以挪來練腳呢?
