看醫生照過超音波宣告韌帶發炎
膝蓋至少要停機兩週 (平常是在健身房輕度重訓後+有氧跑步5K)
可我最近在減體脂肪中不想中斷
而附近游泳池只有室外的 雨天不太方便
想問問依照健身房的器材
有什麼訓練方式可以做跑步的替代方案嗎? @@
