弟弟我是一位夜校大二生
白天上班晚上上課這當然是基本的
大一時剛離鄉北上工作時
原本還是圓滾滾的74kg胖子
一年後發現自己體重剩下61kg
重要的是臉頰也出現明顯的凹陷
現在我一天幾乎都吃四餐
有時睡前有空就會運動
請問我該怎麼恢復以前鼓鼓的臉頰嗎
目前做的工作偏向勞力居多
工作壓力明顯減少 幾乎零壓力了
