臥推卡關與肩膀酸痛 - 健身

有爬過一些以前的文章,也有努力的注意如腰微拱,核心收緊,闊背鎖住肩膀下壓等等折斷槓鈴等等心法
但無奈的是,儘管深蹲硬舉這兩個月來都有緩慢的達到1.5倍體重以上,臥推確還是在0.8-0.9倍體重裹足不前,也有開始用DIP 鍛鍊三頭但始終感覺不到進步。不知道版上的各位巨巨們都怎麼突破臥推的呢?
最近更慘,尤於長時間電腦工作本就有點肩頸酸痛,臥推有時肩膀靠前三角的位於好像也會用力過猛或辣到而隱隱作痛,請問這跟肩膀關節活動度有關嗎(我會觸胸)? 還是因為單純吃太多力量在肩膀前三角?
不好意思在這佔據版面,也住各位巨巨都能健康鍛鍊不受傷。
