請問各位巨巨 E奶女神
小弟最近在跑力量訓練
一個禮拜只臥推四次
課表是
115 6下6組
120 5 7
125 4 8
130 3 10
都完成在加重量
昨天125的重量 練到一半 肱骨就在痛了
雖然最後有硬稱完
130 練5組 怕手會骨折 就不敢在練下去了
我每天都在放鬆上半身 軟組織鬆動
關節都很正常 只有二頭肌的地方
骨頭在痛而已
是只能降重量練肌耐力了嗎 謝謝
