爬文只有兩篇類似的討論,所以上來問問大家~~
排除腳踩在凳上或是腳懸空的方法

1.
背部要整個平貼凳面感覺很難 解剖圖的脊椎本身也是彎曲的
所以下背那邊有點空隙是正常的嗎?
2.
大重量(1~3rm)的時候,下背會格外有種奇妙的感覺(像是出力?!)
但練完也不會痛,請問是借力的因素嗎?
兩個小問題求解!!!
