幾個臥推的問題想請教
1.
目前1rm 臥推:肩推約為65:50 臥推嚴重落後
在以1rm 80kg為目標下 (自身體重約78kg)
我可以怎樣安排訓練內容及其組數&重量?
目前只想到以spoto press為主要訓練
PS:廠地僅有槓啞鈴 無其他機械器材
2.
有時候推到底時
左手肩胛骨會鬆開
導致肩膀前移 失去背部張力
不知道這該如何改善?
