自己目前的減肥菜單 - 減肥

各位版友好,我自己目前有一份自認為還不錯的有效菜單,供減肥者參考,不過順便
也希望可以有版友提供可以改善的建議.
男

73kg

運動:
早上散步1.5hr(05:30~07:00)
下午散步1~1.5hr(18:00~19:00)+20分(19:00~19:30)重訓
菜單:
早餐8:30:350cc小杯無糖豆漿+ 蔥抓餅夾蛋or各種口味蛋餅(總之就是一個蛋餅)
有時會換口味吃鐵板面或是火腿蛋或漢堡之類
早午餐11:00:水果一盒(大約12顆聖女小番茄or兩顆拔剌or三科蓮霧or半顆鳳梨)
下午餐14:00:水果一盒大小同上
晚餐17:00:不限,有可能是炒飯或燴飯或鍋燒意麵等,普通大小不另外加飯,有免費湯
會多喝幾碗,如果偶爾去逛夜市或吃大餐,最後就不會吃點心的水果
點心21:00:水果一盒
PS:
1.我在南部有地方會賣水果很便宜三盒50,種類多元依當季盛產為主,所以每天三盒
2.下午有時候會吃些糖果餅乾或飲料但都少量
3.我晨型人習慣530以前會自然醒,工作幾乎準時上下班所以以上行程每天都作,除非下雨
無法出外散步,會做些伏地挺身或仰臥起坐或伸展操等替代幾天
4.目前持續一個月從78.7瘦到現在,今天早上是72.6,感覺算是健康慢慢瘦,不過對男生
而言會不會熱量或蛋白質攝取太少?
