主食五穀飯

有蝦雞胸肉魷魚蛤蜊先水煮過再拌橄欖油烤
配菜有高麗菜番茄香菇花椰菜。青菜是水煮的
算起來應該算是義式雞胸海鮮五穀飯
看起來還不錯
好奇這樣如果拿去賣會有人買嗎哈哈哈
