小弟最近練2頭
照理說不是說練一個星期
下個星期可以+2.5~5磅的重量
但是
我原本舉20磅
但是下個星期我反而連20磅都舉不到該舉的組數
退到17.5磅
反而才可以
為什麼我的肌肉會越舉越輕阿
反而沒有進步
