如題
小弟最近在研究兩者間的差異
銅牌分析一下看起來是:
舉重式硬舉:
軀幹較直立、膝屈較多、槓離身體重心較遠且較不容易發力、發力較偏向前側
傳統硬舉:
軀幹較為水平、膝屈較少、槓離身體重心較近較易發力、發力較偏向後側
想請教有舉重經驗的前輩
平常是兩項都會練嗎?
還是只練舉重式硬舉?
分析有誤也請不吝指教
