28歲的陳宜婷,1年前還是個85公斤的胖妞,現在她成功減重30公斤,揮別黑灰白三種顏
色的衣服,現在不只穿著、連人生都變彩色的,人緣變好,異性緣也更佳,不過因為飲食
失衡,造成月事失調,也成了一件煩惱的事情。
屏東基督教醫院營養師林伶蓉說,減肥中若造成月事失調或沒來,可能是飲食的均衡不夠
,減重不能光計算熱量,還要計算營養的內容,吃得均衡,才能瘦得更美、更健康。
168公分、55公斤的陳宜婷從小到大都是肉肉美少女,1年前開始減重,靠著控制熱量及每
天運動3小時,1年內,從85公斤瘦到55公斤,朋友驚呼:「不見了半個人」,陳宜婷也笑
說,每天起床照鏡子,「覺得自己好陌生。」
陳宜婷說,當時遇到情傷,男友嫌胖,自己關起門來狂吃零食療傷,直到某天看到茶飲廣
告受激勵,女主角成功瘦身,男友悔不當初,「當下決定,我一定要甩肉。」
為了成功減重,陳宜婷每天食量超少,早餐和午餐一起吃,一粒水果、燙青菜、番薯、一
瓶無糖豆漿,下午若是餓到受不了,就吃幾片高纖餅乾,每天工作8小時,晚上還上健身
房運動3小時。
陳宜婷說,減肥過程中,遇到最艱難的事情就是停滯期,為了繼續變瘦,幾乎「零進食」
,一天只吃一顆芭樂,餓著肚子上班,在麵包店工作的她,還得忍受麵包出爐時,爆炸的
香氣,陳宜婷說,「餓到想撞牆。」
減重後的陳宜婷,搭配運動,現在臉型變尖挺,連身材也變緊實,不只異性緣變好,連以
前的男友都驚呼:「你變美了!」不過,急速瘦身,也讓陳宜婷月事失調,月事已經7、8
個月沒來。

又是一個不當減肥的新聞,有運動很好,但也吃太少了吧!
如此仙女菜單竟然能持續7.8個月,沒送醫院就該感謝了~
