莫非真的是吃太多? - 健身

目前年齡25,身高155,體重50公斤。
大概從國中開始身高來到155後,體重就一直在48~50之間來回。
我從來也不追求紙片人的身材,覺得自己身材剛剛好。
拜FITNESS和BEAUTYBODY版所賜,更知道了如何減重的正確觀念。
最近覺得想要更fit,想要有腹肌(11線?水蛇腰)的線條,所以決定開始減重。
從飲食開始,以往是想吃啥就吃啥,可是沒有吃宵夜的習慣,也不會亂買零食吃,
三餐都是媽媽煮什麼就吃什麼,外食便當都會吃光...(不想浪費食物)
以前學校點自助餐都點60.70塊以上...還點到老闆娘給兩雙筷子...= =
只是有時候太晚起床會略過早餐,現在為了要做所謂的正常飲食早餐都會乖乖吃!
基代算出來是1150,但有在運動,所以我都會吃到大概1500~1700卡
早餐:7-11 39/49套餐,或三明治一個
午餐:外訂的便當(燒臘、雞排、豬腳),會全部吃光
晚餐:7-11 39/49套餐,或是臭豆腐冬粉、麵之類。其實什麼都吃!
飲料:每天一杯蜂蜜水,一個月喝個3~5杯綠茶半糖
運動方面,平常是上班族,上下班走路10分鍾,
但一個星期會去運動三天。
大約是跑步半小時(時速8),然後重訓半小時,
可是我這樣認真執行下來一個月(以前都是一星期運動一次而已)
沒有變瘦,也沒變重…體脂從22來到25%
我的問題是,是我吃太多了嗎?因為有時候我真的不想吃,我還是會定時吃飯
反而以前有時候下班時間卡到吃飯時間我就會只吃一點就算了~
因為目標是體脂降到19~20,可以看到肌肉線條的那種~體重我是不在意~
只是認真執行計劃的結果,體脂上升了,覺得太困惑了。
一個月真的很短,我會繼續運動重訓的!
想知道的是要如何修正我的計劃呢?
文章有點長~因為想交待清楚我的情況~
