體脂率:早上起床: 30% 睡前: 25%

早餐:茶葉蛋+鮮奶 OR 酸辣鹹蛋飯糰
午餐:排骨便當(2菜半碗飯) OR 乾麵一碗
晚餐:類似午餐
日常作息時間:02:00~10:00
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:重訓1次/2天 20分鐘
我的問題:我之前曾經是校隊成員,每天平均運動時數3HR,體重/體脂率為75/18%,
但因為訓練關係,導致膝蓋韌帶的受損,而無法繼續下去,所以就胖成這樣了,
因為胸肌有特別訓練過的原因,所以顯得特別大,有沒有改善的方式?

我的問題:我之前曾經是校隊成員,每天平均運動時數3HR,體重/體脂率為75/18%,
但因為訓練關係,導致膝蓋韌帶的受損,而無法繼續下去,所以就胖成這樣了,
因為胸肌有特別訓練過的原因,所以顯得特別大,有沒有改善的方式?
