三餐內容(熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述)
早餐:家中手工蛋餅一份+7-11無糖高纖豆漿
午餐:白飯一碗+青菜1.5個拳頭大+煎蛋一顆+肉1個拳頭大
晚餐:白飯一碗+吳郭魚大小大約1/4隻+青菜2個拳頭大+水果2個標準碗的份量
其他:週一~週五至少喝水2200cc。週末例假日則大概1200cc左右而言
日常作息時間:正常上班時間。睡眠時間:23:00PM~07:30AM
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:每週騎x-bike 4~5次,每次心跳數約在140~150上下,每次30分鐘或固定消耗

我的問題:運動到現在也大概兩個月左右了,但體重卻一直下不來。甚至還有變重
大概兩公斤左右,而且每個人看到我都說我變胖了。真的好奇怪,總覺
得自己兩個月應該體重沒下降的話,至少身體應該線條會比較明顯才是
但卻不知道出了什麼問題。我知道要減脂不要減肥,但是看著身上的
肥肉還是依然黏的好緊。平常餐食也蠻固定的,偶而吃大餐。我有在想
水果是不是吃太多,或是魚通常都是紅燒或是媽媽煮菜偏油的關係。
