目前還是剛重訓快兩個月的新手
有上教練課
基本上一週重訓有氧五天
平時本來就有喝乳清,上個月買了一些蛋白棒當作補充吃,結果一吃完全愛上(可能因為
戒零食很久了,突然吃到這種像零食的東西發現新大陸一樣)
自己算一天攝取的蛋白質約120-140左右
平時補充都在100-120多
最近早餐都是一片myp 25G的蛋白棒 + 無糖豆漿,覺得方便省時
好奇如果每天都吃的話會不會有負擔?
還是控制好整天攝取量就好了呢?
