抱歉,小弟我好久沒上來了,所以很多新知識都沒有更新
最近看到身邊很多人都在討論蛋白營養品
不外乎是甚麼時候飲用/食用,又或者每公斤要喝多少,又或者隔多久喝一次
但是我印象中人體就算需要大量合成肌肉,對蛋白的需求量其實也沒這麼大
其實現代人在一般生活當中,攝取的蛋白質就已經算是高攝取了
如果真的是重訓需要多長肌肉,其實一般的攝取量就應該非常充足了
別說是非常熱衷於健美的朋友們了,就算是號稱專業的教練或者選手
我覺得真的需要額外去攝取到蛋白營養品的其實也沒幾個
不如說,日常蛋白質攝取量會用到不夠用的
可能是用了某種不能說的技巧的族群,才會真的這麼缺乏蛋白質
缺乏到日常攝取都不夠肌肉合成使用吧...
還是說最近的蛋白質營養品或者相關研究有了甚麼突破
讓大家都覺得/了解必須要額外攝取蛋白營養品才是足夠且必須的呢?
