蛋白質的來源--茶葉蛋 - 健身

各位壯漢前輩大大們
小弟目前遇到問題想跟各位請教一下
因為加班無限迴圈的情況下能訓練的時間不多
所以我一直覺得
在沒像各位前輩壯漢們那樣的訓練程度跟菜單的情況下
我目前的狀態應該是不用喝乳清類的高蛋白補充飲品
(小弟目前的健身狀況大概是這樣)http://ppt.cc/SyF8
維持正常飲食有練再多補充點肉、蛋即可
但最近赫然發現板上關於茶葉蛋納含量過高的文章
就去找了一下資料發現一顆茶葉蛋的納竟然高達400毫克
一天建議攝取量是2400毫克
我每次有健身那天都會吃10顆以上沒健身也會吃6-8顆阿Q_Q
*註明下,這是一天全部的蛋白質來源,沒有再吃其他肉/魚..
而且早中晚平均分配(例如早2中4晚4),都是蛋白,有運動情
況下蛋黃也不會超過3顆
一包樂事原味的洋芋片(大包97公克)的納含量才568毫克
為甚麼垃圾食物的鈉含量反而好像還好...(崩潰)
我知道水煮蛋最好,但茶葉蛋比較方便又好吃(真的很愛全家茶葉蛋)
想吃的時候走進便利商店就有熱騰騰的茶葉蛋

想請教各位兩個問題
1.如果照我的訓練量(一周一~兩次)其它不訓練的
時候蛋白質來源可以偶用乳清代替嗎?在想沒訓練
又經常喝乳清會不會替身體帶來負擔,或是只要控
制蛋白質一天的總攝取量就沒差?
2.水煮蛋白吃的很膩又不太喜歡....找了很多食譜
也都覺得不太OK,請問各位有甚麼好吃的獨門秘方
傳授嗎??還是各位都覺得水煮的就是美味XD
