但裡面記錄的蛋餅熱量
居然相差200卡?!
(同一篇文裡面不同分類中噢~請 /熱量表 @.@)
雖然知道我吃的內容不可能是300多卡
但兩個數字前面都只寫"蛋餅"
我連計算的基礎都沒辦法選擇啊= =
(原本打算由原味蛋餅加上其他配料跟油的熱量再往上抓50卡)
由於目前在嚴格執行熱量控制
擔心自己搞不好其實吃下很多熱量
還很歡樂自以為一切都在掌握中XD
所以乾脆問清楚
今天早餐的蛋餅是阿母的愛心早餐
皮是大賣場買得到的那種(淡黃色有少少的蔥)
一顆蛋
火腿一片
起司一片
油是大約兩枚50元硬幣大小
(打到這裡已經覺得這熱量很嚇人...)
請問一下這樣是否大約是520卡?
(這數字是該文章中較高的那一個)
還是說事實上熱量更高呢?
我沒有算熱量算到偏執狂啦
只是沒有計算基礎就突然好奇了起來XD
