想請問大家,如何判斷自己的體力真的變好了呢?
我的情況是,因為台北最近一直下雨,
所以近三個禮拜以來我天天在家跟著youtube上的影片跳,
一開始是每天只跳半小時的Adrienne White老師30分鐘系列,如:

後來開始加入Billy Blanks和 Clubland

今天我身體不舒服,就改跳回Adrienne White的30分鐘Kick Boxing,
突然發現,我記得自己三星期前跳這個,跳完會很喘,而且滿身大汗!
今天跳覺得根本不喘,也沒流什麼汗..
請問這是體力變好的徵兆嗎?
還有我想請教,一般人如果沒有儀器測量,要怎麼知道自己肌肉量是否有增減?
