要怎麼建立我哥的正確觀念? - 減肥

小妹我身高162
一個星期前體重92
體脂41.2
因為錯誤的吃跟運動,跟版娘請教照表操課後
目前體重掉了2公斤,體脂還不清楚
但每天都吃飽飽跟騎一小時的x-bike運動過的很開心

我哥身高172左右,體重66左右,體脂我不確定
但是因為他常常吃飽坐著所以有肚子,所以他想把肚子瘦掉
而且他又嫌自己體重太重.......Orz
但哥哥沒有正確的減肥觀念,他只單靠節食跟座仰臥起坐就想要瘦
甚至剛吃完飯跑去量體重一直哇哇大叫為什麼自己又變胖了這樣
我跟他說你吃完飯不胖才恐怖吧?!
我也努力一直跟我哥說正確的減肥觀念
我告訴他是減肥不是減重,減體脂才是最重要的,他這樣吃很少
身體會壞掉而且除非一輩子他都這樣吃,否則以後吃多點就肥回來
但是每當我很認真跟哥哥說觀念時,哥哥都不相信並且會酸我
甚至我在運動時也會說不會瘦啦之類的
然後我照版娘給我菜單吃,我哥也會笑說不是要減肥還吃這麼多~
我跟他說我每天都吃很飽,靠運動跟正確飲食已經瘦了兩公斤了
我哥卻一臉嘲笑的跟我說等你瘦到5公斤以上再來跟我談
哥哥做的又是很花體力的工作,這樣節食我很怕他身體跟安全都會出問題> <
我不知道該怎麼讓他有正確的減肥觀念了...
