開始運動健身兼減肥一個半月
可是食量原本就不小的我現在越來越大了...
最後一次去康是美量
性別:女
年齡:23
身高:160
體重:47.2
BMI :18.4
體脂:22.5
只要沒下雨都會去跑步,30~90分鐘(看身體狀況,因為身體很差)
4.5公里約35分鐘(方式慢慢、持續的跑)
現在問題來了....想問說有沒有甚麼辦法可以節制食量
因為我真的覺得我吃得有點過多
一天之中通常不會吃早餐(早上不是很趕要上課就是都睡到中午)
中餐、晚餐內容相近:
12吋subway+4.5顆蓮霧(或其他水果)/牛肉河粉+滷肉飯便當(3菜)/雞排便當...等
正餐類的,然後一定要有點心,可能是蛋糕、仙草、鹹酥雞、或者兩樣正餐
一定都要兩樣正餐!!像是12吋的潛艇堡我吃完完全不會飽,吃一般便當覺得正常量
之後還是一定要再吃其他東西,不然血糖也容易過低....
剛剛看其他篇文章,好想有人提到有可以抑制食欲的藥
我有去看過減肥門診,但醫生卻覺得沒甚麼可以幫我的
我年紀已經不小了,所以才會想開始運動增加新陳代謝,練肌肉提高基礎代謝
但這樣吃也不是辦法,男生跟我再一起幾個月至少都會胖個5.6公斤
(屢試不爽..已經有好幾人了)
我也通常吃的比男生多,常常讓男生覺得壓力很大受不了
我也不試吃不胖的那種,那是因為最近有很認真在做運動
不然我的體重通常是在49~54左右變動
不好意思來問這個問題我不知道有沒有意義,但我真的很想改變
可是吃對我來說好重要,但我也覺得這樣吃好不健康,可是很容易餓阿....
