午餐:普通三菜一肉的55元便當
晚餐:賀寶芙奶昔/燙青菜
其他:平常沒什麼吃零食,就只是喝茶
日常作息時間:晚睡,然後八點多爬起來,然後再晚睡....
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:
上禮拜發現此板,開始跟著做billy的有氧

20反向伏地挺身
我的問題:
今天去康是美量,才發現原來我那麼重= ="
然後體脂肪也很高這我知道
測出來基礎代謝率1911 (不知道單位)
1.我這樣飲食算正常嗎= ="還是吃太多了?
2.運動量夠嗎? 還是要在加強?
希望可以降到20%...
如果這樣算是正常的話大概需要一年orz
希望大家可以給我一點意見
