小弟我之前有讀到
『 訓練後的 non-insuline translocation of glut4
可以使身體不需要胰島素就能讓葡萄糖進入肌肉細胞
以及肌肉的insulin sensitivity升高,且脂肪的insuline sensitivity不變
所以適合補充高GI的碳水。』
1.請問板上大大關於這個機制有沒有什麼需要注意的地方呢?
2.我目前打算使用葡萄糖做為訓練後的高GI碳水,
每小時補充58g碳水左右持續4小時共232g的碳水,
請問這種做法有無不妥之處?
3.若補充高GI碳水,會造成胰島素上升,是不是代表脂肪不能跟高GI碳水一起吃?
