最近在做槓鈴划船的時候
重量大概70~80KG
覺得闊背還有力 但是核心似乎撐不住 下背會垮掉
想加強一下核心的訓練
前陣子有看了健助師小珂關於核心的影片
會比較推薦平板撐體來加強核心 除了這動作之外
我在WG是有看到羅馬椅 會推薦這個器材來訓練核心肌群嗎?
