他沒在用PTT & 人在澳洲,
最近好像遇到了一點訓練瓶頸,
目前只有正面照(他害羞,幫他遮個臉)~

他屬於精實型的,
平常菜單(健身寶典APP)都是主要是集中在上半身,
Mon 胸、三頭、腹
Tue 背、二頭
Wed 肩、腿、腹
Thu 胸、三頭
Fri 背、二頭、腹
(一)胸:
平臥推 => 70+20(槓)kg X 4組
蝴蝶機
史密斯上胸
(二)背:
拉單槓為主(寬握)
(三)腿:深蹲(半蹲) => 60+20(槓)
(四)手:三頭 & 二頭 => 啞鈴12kg
他主要想問怎麼堆肉量的問題(最近開始喝乳清了),
和菜單需要怎麼調整~
